Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15517 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Seventy

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning: those who do not get themselves cauterised, nor seek ruqyah (incantation), nor take bad omens, and who put their trust in their Lord." Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We did get ourselves cauterised, yet those (cauterisations) brought us neither success nor relief."
