Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15426 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave judgement

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ سِتَّةَ أَعْبُدٍ، فَجَزَّأَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَعْتَقَ الثُّلُثُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave judgement concerning a man who had freed six slaves at the time of his death: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) divided them into parts and freed one third."
