حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath in order to seize his brother's wealth by it, let him take his seat in Hell."
