Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14964 — his sister vowed that she would walk

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that his sister vowed that she would walk barefoot and with her head uncovered. Sayyiduna Uqbah (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about that, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty has no need of your sister's hardship. Tell her to cover her head, ride, and fast for three days."
