Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1451 — We found Sayyiduna Ja'far bin Abi Talib

Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: We found Sayyiduna Ja'far bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) missing, so we searched for him, and we found him among the slain. We found on his body more than ninety wounds, from sword strikes, spear thrusts and arrows, and we found all of them on the front of his body.
