Shurayh bin Hani from Urwah al-Bariqi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14491 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Goodness
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا الْغَلَابِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، ثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْبَارِقِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْخَيْرُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِي الْخَيْلِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Urwah al-Bariqi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
