حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ مُضَرِّسِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ لَامَ، يَقُولُ: أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْه وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَتَيْتُكَ السَّاعَةَ مِن جَبَلَيْ طَيِّئٍ وَقَدْ أَكْلَلْتُ رَاحِلَتِي وَأَتْعَبْتُ نَفْسِي فَهَل لِي مِن حَجٍّ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْه وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ شَهِدَ مَعَنَا هَذِه الصَّلَاةَ وَوَقَفَ مَعَنَا حَتَّى نُفِيضَ وَقَدْ كَانَ وَقَفَ ذَلِك بِعَرَفَةَ لَيْلًا أَو نَهَارًا، فَقَدْ تَمَّ حَجُّهُ وَقَضَى تَفَثَهُ»
Imam al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Sayyiduna Urwah bin Mudarris bin Harithah bin Lam (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at Muzdalifah and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I have just now come from the two mountains of Tayyi'. I have worn out my mount and exhausted myself; so has my Hajj been accomplished?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever attends this prayer with us and stands with us until we depart, having already stood at Arafah before that, by night or by day, his Hajj is complete and he has removed his grime (completed his rites)."
