Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14260 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، وَأَبُو حُصَيْنٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إلَّا سَيُكَلِّمُهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ تَرْجُمَانٌ، فَيَنْظُرُ أَيْمَنَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ، ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ تِلْقَاءَ وَجْهِهِ فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ النَّارُ» قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّقِيَ وَجْهَهُ النَّارَ فَلْيَفْعَلْ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Adi bin Hatim (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah will speak to every one of you on the Day of Resurrection, with no interpreter between him and Him. He will look to his right and see nothing but something he has sent forth, then he will look in front of him and the Fire will confront him." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "So whoever among you is able to shield his face from the Fire, let him do so, even if only with a piece of a date."
