Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14226 — Sayyiduna Adi bin Hatim asked

Sayyiduna Adi bin Hatim (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about hunting. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you send your dog, mention the name of Allah; then if you find that it has killed and has not eaten anything, then eat, for it held it back for you." The rest of the hadith is like the previous narrations on this subject.
