Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14206 — I presented to the Prophet ﷺ the ruqyah

Sayyiduna Umayr, the freed slave of Abi al-Lahm (may Allah be pleased with him), said: I presented to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) the ruqyah (incantation) with which I used to treat madness, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) began saying: "Remove this from it and add this to it."
