Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14134 — I was present with the Messenger

حَدَّثَنَا أَسْلَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّائِيُّ، ثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ، قَالَ: " شَهِدْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَجَّتَهُ، وَإِنِّي لَبَيْنَ جِرَانِ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: «أَلَا إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، أَلَا وَلَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ»

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Kharijah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at his Hajj, and I was by the halter of the she-camel of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while she was chewing her cud, and her saliva was flowing between my shoulders. In that state I heard him (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Listen! Allah has given every rightful claimant his due right. Listen! No bequest is permissible for an heir. The child belongs to the (lawful) bed, and for the fornicator is the stone. Whoever attributes himself to someone other than his father, or attributes himself to someone other than his patrons, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels and all people; neither a voluntary nor an obligatory deed will be accepted from him."
