Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14131 — he was present with the Messenger

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin al-Ahwas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at the Farewell Pilgrimage, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The burden of a wrongdoer's crime falls only on himself; neither is a father (held to account) for the crime of his child, nor a child for the crime of his father."
