Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 14076 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever revives

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf bin Milhah al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever revives barren land without infringing a Muslim's right, it belongs to him; and an unjust root (planted by force) has no right."
