حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْوَكِيعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ، وَمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُهَلْهَلٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهُ الْمِيرَاثَ، لِأَنَّهُ وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِ زَمْعَةَ، وَقَالَ لِسَوْدَةَ: «وَأَمَّا أَنْتِ فَاحْتَجِبِي عَنْهُ» .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to narrate from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that the inheritance belonged to him (the child), because he was born on the bed (in the marital ownership) of Zam'ah, and he said to Sayyidah Sawdah (may Allah be pleased with her): "As for you, observe hijab from him."
