Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13759 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَبُو شُجَاعٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي السَّمْحِ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْ أَنَّ رَصَاصَةً مِثْلَ هَذِهِ» ، وَأَشَارَ إِلَى مِثْلِ الْجُمَانَةِ، الْجَمْجَةِ، «أُرْسِلَتْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ، وَهِيَ مَسِيرَةُ خَمْسِ مئةِ سَنَةٍ لَبَلَغَتِ الْأَرْضَ قَبْلَ اللَّيْلِ، وَلَوْ أَنَّهَا أُرْسِلَتْ مِنْ رَأْسِ السِّلْسِلَةِ لَسَارَتْ أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْلُغَ الْأَرْضَ أَصْلُهَا أَوْ قَعْرُهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a piece of lead as big as this" - and he (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed to something like a pearl or a skull - "were dropped from the sky to the earth, which is a distance of five hundred years' journey, it would reach the earth before nightfall; and if it were dropped from the top of the chain, it would travel night and day for forty years before it reached the bottom of the earth or its depth."
