Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13757 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A servant

حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ لَيُكْتَبُ مُؤْمِنًا أَحْقَابًا، ثُمَّ أَحْقَابًا، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ وَاللهُ عَلَيْهِ سَاخِطٌ، وَإِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَيُكْتَبُ كَافِرًا أَحْقَابًا ثُمَّ أَحْقَابًا، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ وَاللهُ عَنْهُ رَاضٍ، مَنْ مَاتَ هَمَّازًا لَمَّازًا لِلنَّاسِ كَانَ عَلَامَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنْ يَسِمَهُ اللهُ عَلَى الْخُرْطُومِ مِنْ كِلَا الشَّفَتَيْنِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A servant is recorded as a believer for ages, then for ages, and then he dies while Allah is displeased with him; and a believer is recorded as a disbeliever for ages, then for ages, and then he dies while Allah is pleased with him. Whoever dies slandering and finding fault with people, his mark on the Day of Resurrection will be that Allah brands him on the snout, together with both lips."
