Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13754 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I have

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ مِقْلَاصٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبِي قَالَ: ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ أَبِي السَّمْحِ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أُمِرْتُ بِيَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى عِيدٌ جَعَلَهُ اللهُ لِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ» ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ لَمْ أَجِدْ إِلَّا مِنْحَةَ أَهْلِي أَفَأُضَحِّي بِهَا؟، فَقَالَ: «لَا وَلَكِنْ قَلِّمْ أَظْفَارَكَ، وَاحْلِقْ عَانَتَكَ وَخُذْ شَارِبَكَ، فَذَاكَ تَمَامُ أُضْحِيَتِكَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been commanded regarding the Day of Sacrifice, an Eid which Allah has appointed for this Ummah." A man said: If I have nothing but my family's milch goat, should I sacrifice it? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, but clip your nails, shave your pubic hair and trim your moustache; that is the completion of your sacrifice."
