عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عمر
Amr bin Dinar from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13569 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَوْفَى، قَاضِي نَهَرِ تِيرِي، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَهِبَتِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the wala' and giving it away as a gift.
