Ata bin Abi Rabah from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13539 — the Prophet ﷺ performed Umrah in Rajab.

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اعْتَمَرَ فِي رَجَبٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed Umrah in Rajab.
