Mujahid from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13461 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الْأَعْرَجِ الشَّنِّيِّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " بُنِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ: شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ، وَحَجِّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ، مَرَّتَيْنِ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Islam is built upon five things: bearing witness that there is no true god except Allah, establishing the prayer, paying the zakah, fasting in Ramadan, and performing Hajj to the House of Allah, performing Hajj to this House." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said this (last part) twice.
