Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13421 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنِ انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهِ لِيَفْضَحَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا، فَضَحَهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْأَشْهَادِ قِصَاصٌ بِقِصَاصٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever denies his child in order to disgrace him in this world, Allah Almighty will disgrace him on the Day of Resurrection before all witnesses, retribution for retribution."
