حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَوَاقِيتَ لِأَهْلِهَا وَلِمَنْ أَتَى عَلَيْهَا مِمَّنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ، الْجُحْفَةَ، وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنَ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) fixed the miqats, for those who live at them and for those who pass by them intending Hajj and Umrah: Dhu al-Hulayfah for the people of Madinah, al-Juhfah for the people of Syria (al-Sham), and Qarn for the people of Najd.
