حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ، ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَعْقِلٍ عَنِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ»
Abdullah bin al-Sa'ib narrates: I asked Abdullah bin Ma'qil about muzara'ah (giving land for cultivation in return for a share of the crop), and he said: Sayyiduna Thabit bin al-Dahhak (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade muzara'ah.
