ثابت بن الضحاك بن خليفة الأنصاري يكنى أبا زيد
Thabit bin al-Dahhak bin Khalifah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), his kunyah was Abu Zayd
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1326 — he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ، ثنا عَمِّي، عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ قَائِدُ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَمِينَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ، وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ، وَمَنْ لَعَنَ مُسْلِمًا كَانَ كَقَتْلِهِ، وَمَنْ سَمَّى مُسْلِمًا كَافِرًا، فَقَدْ كَفَرَ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ، كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ، يَمُوتُ بِهِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin al-Dahhak (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no oath in disobedience to Allah, nor in what the son of Adam does not own; and whoever curses a Muslim, it is like killing him; and whoever calls a Muslim a disbeliever has himself become a disbeliever; and whoever deliberately swears falsely by a religion other than Islam, he is as he said; and whoever kills himself with something by which he dies, he is in Hell."
