Said from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13241 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا جُمْهُورُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا سَيْفُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا قَطْعَ فِي مَاشِيَةٍ إِلَّا مَا وَرَاءَ الذِّرَبِ، وَلَا فِي ثَمَرٍ إِلَّا مَا آوَى الْجَرِينُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no cutting off of the hand (for theft) of livestock except what is outside the pen, nor of fruit except what has been gathered in the threshing floor."
