Thabit bin al-Dahhak bin Khalifah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), his kunyah was Abu Zayd
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1319 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَعُنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَقَتْلِهِ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا، عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ، كَاذِبًا فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ، وَمَنْ قَذَفَ مُؤْمِنًا بِكُفْرٍ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin al-Dahhak (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no vow upon a man in what he does not own; and cursing a believer is like killing him; and whoever kills himself with something in this world will be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection; and whoever swears falsely by a religion other than Islam, he is as he said; and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief, it is like killing him."
