حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ هِلَالٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حَيْوَةَ شُرَيْحُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خُلَيْدِ بْنِ دَعْلَجٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ: " كَانَ يُصَفِّرُ لِحْيَتَهُ، وَيُسْبِتُ نَعْلَيْهِ، وَيَسْتَلِمُ الرُّكْنَيْنِ: الْحَجَرَ الْأَسْوَدَ، وَالرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَّ، وَيَدَعُ الرُّكْنَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ فِي الْحِجْرِ " وَحَدَّثَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to dye his beard yellow, wear sandals of tanned leather (with the hair removed), and in tawaf touch the two corners, the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner, while leaving the two corners that are by the Hijr (of Isma'il). Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) related that he had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) do the same.
