Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13138 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَى الْأُشَيْمِطِ الزَّانِي، وَلَا الْعَايِلِ الْمَزْهُوِّ، وَلَا الَّذِي يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ خُيَلَاءً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah does not look with mercy at the old adulterer, nor at the boastful poor man, nor at the one who drags his lower garment out of arrogance."
