Salim from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13128 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ أَنَسُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَجَاءَ السِّخْتِيَانِيُّ، ثنا مُنَبِّهُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَعْدِنٌ، وَمَعْدِنُ التَّقْوَى قُلُوبُ الْعَارِفِينَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Everything has a mine (source), and the mine of piety (taqwa) is the hearts of those who have knowledge (of Allah)."
