Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12813 — he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْقُرَشِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو أَبُو سَهْلٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ، وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ، يَلَمْلَمَ، وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) appointed Dhu al-Hulayfah as the miqat for the people of Madinah, al-Juhfah for the people of Sham, Yalamlam for the people of Yemen, and Qarn for the people of Najd."
