Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12800 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to shorten

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَخُو أَبِي حُرَّةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْصُرُ الصَّلَاةَ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ، وَالْمَدِينَةِ، وَلَا يَخَافُ إِلَّا اللهَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both); he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to shorten the prayer between Makkah and Madinah, though he (peace and blessings be upon him) feared no one but Allah."
