Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12703 — the Prophet ﷺ said concerning the saying

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: {وَجَعَلْنَاهُ هُدًى لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ} [الإسراء: ٢] قَالَ: «جَعَلَ مُوسَى هُدًى لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ» وَفِي قَوْلِهِ: {فَلَا تَكُنْ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْ لِقَائِهِ} [السجدة: ٢٣] قَالَ: «مِنْ لِقَاءِ مُوسَى رَبَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And We made it a guidance for the Children of Israel" [Surah al-Isra: 2]: "Musa (peace be upon him) was made a guidance for the Children of Israel." And concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "So do not be in any doubt about meeting him" [Surah al-Sajdah: 23], he said: "That is, about Musa's (peace be upon him) meeting with his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic."
