حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «جِئْتُ أَنَا وَغُلَامٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَلَى حِمَارٍ، وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَأَرْسَلْنَا الْحِمَارَ، وَدَخَلْنَا فِي الصَّفِّ، وَجَاءَتْ جَارِيَتَانِ تَسْتَبِقَانِ فَفَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A boy from Banu Abd al-Muttalib and I came riding on a donkey while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was in prayer. We let the donkey go and joined the row. And two girls came running, racing each other, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) separated them.
