Al-Dahhak from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12602 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: One

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا شَاذَانُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَوْقٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا عَالَ مُقْتَصِدٌ قَطُّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One who is moderate (in spending) has never become needy."
