Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) heard a man saying: "Labbayk 'an Shubrumah (Here I am, on behalf of Shubrumah)." He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Who is Shubrumah?" He said: My brother, or a relative of mine. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Have you performed your own Hajj?" He said: No. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "First perform Hajj for yourself, then perform it on behalf of Shubrumah."
