Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12348 — When Allah Almighty revealed this verse

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: When Allah Almighty revealed this verse: "Except the weak among the men, women and children who cannot devise a plan and are not guided to a way" [Surah al-Nisa: 98], what is meant by it is going out (in emigration) to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
