Said bin Jubayr from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12323 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ، قَالَا: ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُخَوَّلٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ: الْم تَنْزِيلُ، وَهَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite "Alif Lam Mim, Tanzil" and "Hal ata 'ala al-insan" in the Fajr prayer on Friday.
