Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12292 — Whoever hears the call (adhan) and does

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Whoever hears the call (adhan) and does not respond, there is no prayer for him."
Imam al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Al-Qatirani narrated it from Sulayman bin Harb as mawquf (a Companion's statement), while Isma'il bin Ishaq al-Qadi narrated it from Sulayman bin Harb as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet).
