Said bin Jubayr from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12184 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Do not pass

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَتَّاتُ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ الْخَزَّارُ، ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَجَوَّزُوا الْوَقْتَ إِلَّا بإِحرامٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not pass the miqat without ihram."
