Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1218 — from his father, Sayyiduna Bishr

Rafi' bin Bishr al-Sulami narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Bishr al-Sulami (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon a fire will come forth that will light up the necks of the camels at Busra. It will move at the pace of a slow camel; it will travel by day and halt by night; it will set out in the morning and return in the evening. People will say to one another: O people, the fire has set out, so set out too. The fire will say: O people, halt for the midday rest; then it will say: O people, move on for the evening. Whomever it overtakes, it will devour."
