Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11883 — I saw an old man praying in al-Masjid

Ikrimah said: I saw an old man praying in al-Masjid al-Haram. When he raised his head he said the takbir, when he lowered his head he said the takbir, and when he rose between the two takbirs he also said the takbir. I found this strange, so I came to Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and told him, and he said: "May you have no mother! That is indeed the prayer of Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him)."
