Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11882 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A single

حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ أَبُو غَيْلَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَفَّانَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ الطَّائِيَّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ الْأَزْدِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَوْمٌ مِنْ إِمَامٍ عَادِلٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ عُبَادَةِ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً، وَحَدٌّ يُقَامُ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِحَقِّهِ أَزْكَى فِيهَا مِنْ مَطَرٍ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A single day of a just ruler is better than sixty years of worship, and a hadd (prescribed punishment) established in the land with its due right is more purifying for it than forty years of rain."
