حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُدِّيُّ، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ السَّمَّاكُ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «سَجَدَ وَهُوَ بِمَكَّةَ بِالنَّجْمِ، وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْجِنُّ وَالْإِنْسُ» ، وَقَالَ حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «سَجَدَ بِمَكَّةَ فَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrated in Makkah while reciting Surah al-Najm, and the Muslims, the polytheists, the jinn and mankind all prostrated with him (peace and blessings be upon him). Hafs bin Umar said in his narration: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrated in Makkah, and the Jews, the Christians and the polytheists prostrated with him (peace and blessings be upon him).
