Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11690 — the Prophet ﷺ said: There is no hilf

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قِيلَ لِشَرِيكٍ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: «لَا حِلْفَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَكُلُّ حِلْفٍ كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَمْ يَزِدْهُ الْإِسْلَامُ إِلَّا حِدَّةً وَشِدَّةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no hilf (mutual alliance pact) in Islam, and as for any hilf (pact) that existed in the Jahiliyyah, Islam has only added to its sharpness and strength."
