حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَعْرَجُ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، وَسَمَّاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُصُّ شَارِبَهُ، وَأَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْخَلِيلَ كَانَ يَقُصُّ شَارِبَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to trim his moustache, and Sayyiduna Ibrahim, the Khalil (intimate friend) of Allah, also used to trim his moustache.
