حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ " فَصَامَ حَتَّى أَتَى قُدَيْدًا فَأُتِي بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ لَبَنٍ، فَأَفْطَرَ وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَهُوَ فِي رَمَضَانَ، وَأَفْطَرَ النَّاسُ، فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَفْطَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ لَمْ يُفْطِرُوا: أَفْطِرُوا يَا عُصَاةُ "
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out from Madinah to Makkah. He was fasting until he reached Qudayd, then a vessel of milk was brought to him, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) broke his fast while on his mount. This was in Ramadan. So the people also broke their fast. Then those who had broken their fast said to those who had not: Break your fast, O disobedient ones!
