Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11648 — a man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: I

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي وَقَعَتُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي، وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ «فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I had intercourse with my wife while she was menstruating. He (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to give half a dinar in charity.
