Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11624 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ، ثنا مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي جَنَابٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْأَضْحَى عَلَيَّ فَرِيضَةٌ، وَعَلَيْكُمْ سُنَّةٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The sacrifice (udhiyah) is obligatory upon me, and for you it is Sunnah."
