Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11617 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Wala'
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wala' (the right of inheritance from a freed slave) belongs only to the one who sets free."
