Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 11569 — Indeed Muhammad ﷺ saw his Lord. Ikrimah

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Indeed Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saw his Lord." Ikrimah said: O Abu Abbas! Does Allah not say: "Vision does not perceive Him, but He perceives all vision" [Surah al-An'am: 103]? Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: May you lose your mother! That is only when He manifests Himself in such a state that no sight can bear it.
